FESTIVALI KËNGËS 2020
RTSH has confirmed that “Festivali I Këngës” will take place on December and that the winner will be the representative of Albania for Eurovision 2021
59. The countdown to preparations for the festival i Këngës began. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, it was announced that the national final would take place in December.
The first meeting held today was attended by composers and songwriters who succeeded in the festival i Këngës, apart from the general manager of RTSH. It was discussed from the quality of the national final to the establishment of an evaluation committee for song selection and the criteria for participation in the national final.
References to the song will begin in September. Arilena Ara is not expected to participate in Eurovision again in 2021. It is not yet known whether he will participate in the national final.
